When my wife received her Valentine's Day roses, I was a bit embarrassed to find the card was blank and only had my name on the inside. Some error was made when the order was placed and I was confused. I had initially left a not so great review, but the passionate owner of Greenpoint Floral Co reached out and was committed to making me a happy customer. After a few emails back and forth, it became clear that I was likely the one at fault here and perhaps I had spoken to another florist by mistake before choosing Greenpoint Floral Co. for my Valentine's day delivery. Today, Nick and Christina went out of their way to bring a smile on my Wife's face and surprised her with another bouquet. Inside was a handwritten card with the original Valentine's message I had intended for the first order. This was a remarkable and unexpected gift to receive today. It is rare to find a business owner with such passion not only for the beauty of their craft, but for going out of their way to bring smiles to the faces of those who felt a little less satisfied.
