I was pleasantly surprised that you were able to deliver the flowers directly into my wife’s hotel room. The flowers she received looked nothing like what I ordered, but she was pleased with my gesture nevertheless. At least there was yellow flowers in it, including two sunflowers, which are not in this photo... ------ Florist Response: our apologies for the late response ........ Thank you for the feedback and the kind words ....Our goal is to stay as close to the original arrangement as possible when substitutions have to be made ... I do hope that you give us the opportunity to earn a 5* on your next floral need in Brooklyn
