This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I purchased a bouquet for Valentine’s Day that was beautiful wilted sooner than expected. Nick reached out immediately and offered to replace the bouquets, which worked out because it was my wife’s birthday the next week. The new bouquet they brought was stunning; above and beyond the first one. We had a party the same day they arrived and everyone who came commented on how lovely there were. I really appreciate how proactive Nick was. I didn’t request anything, but he still went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. I look forward to buying from them again!

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. Deliveries are carried out by our full time staff , ( additional trusted persons are employed during the busy holiday periods ) We deliver to Greenpoint , Williamsburg and neighboring communities and zip codes .
Our deliveries are made during normal business hours of 10am - 5:30pm . Any problems with deliveries must be made with 24 hours of delivery drop-off .
