I can only rely on the feedback from the recipient of the bouquet, but she expressed immense satisfaction. Having personally received flowers from GFC, I can attest that their delivery packaging and presentation surpass those of other florists. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Deliveries are carried out by our full time staff , ( additional trusted persons are employed during the busy holiday periods ) We deliver to Greenpoint , Williamsburg and neighboring communities and zip codes .
Our deliveries are made during normal business hours of 10am - 5:30pm . Any problems with deliveries must be made with 24 hours of delivery drop-off .
