I'm so very grateful for your help. My daughter lives in Brooklyn and I am in Maryland. I wanted to support local businesses and that's how I found Greenpoint Floral. I made the order on line and realized I forgot to include her apartment number so I emailed with that info. I got a response right away assuring me that they not only got the info but would make sure that the delivery was made on her birthday as I had requested. All communication was by email but I could feel a closeness to the staff and as sense that they really cared about this gift I was sending to my daughter. I sensed that they felt the love that was intended and took that love and passed it on.
